The deadline to pre-order your yearbook is Friday, April 21st! The cost is $35!
It's almost time to celebrate the graduates of the Class of 2023! We only have 6 full weeks of school left, and your child will need to work hard every single day to ensure they earn the credits needed to graduate. As a reminder, students will need to earn a minimum of 80 credits this school year and meet the 150 credit course requirements. Our counselor and I will be meeting with all seniors to remind them of the exact number of credits they need to earn in the last quarter. Please encourage them at home and ensure they come to school because every day counts.
Students received a graduation packet before spring break with information to order graduation apparel, class rings, graduation announcements, etc. You can also find the information at https://www.jostens.com/apps/store/customer/1007446/Renaissance-High-School/
Students will need to purchase their graduation cap, gown and stole in May. The total cost will be $75 and will be due at the time they pick up their items. Students who do not meet the graduation requirements will not be allowed to make a purchase.

In an effort to further support student learning, we needed to make changes to our cell phone policy. These changes include students not being able to use their phones, smart watches or headphones at anytime while inside the classroom. Unfortunately, electronic devices have become a disruption to learning. We are dedicated to ensuring your child succeeds and are confident that this change will have a positive impact on their academic achievement. Please read the updated policy on our website. Your child will also received a hard copy of the policy to take home on October 13th. It would be beneficial to review the policy with your child because it will be fully enforced starting on Monday, October 17th. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
